We are a local company and have continued to expand our customer base by supplying high quality products giving a good service and at excellent value. Tv video and electrical appliances supplied. We are a family business and have had experience as electrical retailers and as engineers for well over 30 years, and still read and keep up with current developments as much as possible with the fast changing industry we are in, but the most important issue for us is to supply good value products. If it's a relatively expensive product we find it pays to buy a good quality product that has a reliable back up from the manufacturers in and out of guarantee so that the investment in that product is there for some years ahead. For the less expensive product for example a basic kettle retailing at about �£12. 00 then we need a reliable company to back us in being able to change that in the guarantee period and then after that being able to supply another similar product to you when that item fails, because any repair if possible would be more expensive than buying a new one. We offer home delivery, installation and some instruction on operation if needed on many products we sell. There are many customers who are still with us after 30 + years a big thank you to them and will continue to do all we can for them and all our customers in the future.
