Over half installed windows damaged
Over half of the installed windows were damaged, glass scratched, frames scratched had them back swapping out numerous times over 5 times some of replacements were damaged and need swapping out, in the end I gave up and withheld £100 for the frustration and inconvienience, within a year things were going faulty, contacted them but they ignores me not returning emails or phone calls, when I did eventually get to the right man he said they had not returned calls due to the withheld money and would not honor the guarantee due to this. I would strongly say avoid this bunch!
