• Redeemed themselves eventually

  After I sent the online baby planet service a 3rd email they did get back to me via telephone and apologised perfusely for the aparent mix up in communication and they got my order sorted by the end of the same week. I have today got my order and am very happy with it. There's no doubt that baby planet have the best prices around and although it wasn't the best shopping experience I have had we got there in the end and I am now a satisfied customer.

  An excellent store, with excellent prices and great service. They beat the price of the few items I managed to find cheaper elsewhere, and they did me a fantastic deal on everything that my partner wanted. Kept her happy...Kept me happy. will be back for more.

• Amazing

  At Five months pregnant I decided to start looking around, I went to the Mamas & Papas store in Nottingham as I really liked the quality of their furniture and their bedding, but I had to have an Icandy Peach for my Pushchair. The girls their mentioned Baby Planet, so although a bit of a drive, we travelled down and I must say we where really impressed, all the staff were brilliant, the shop is excellent and best of all the Prices are great. We ended up buying most of our items from their, the Mamas & Papas Coastline furniture was a bargain, and they did us a really good deal on the bedding. Now, for the pushchair....the staff really showed their expertise, they gave me an excellent demonstration, and the information which they gave me on the pushchair was exceptional, I had looked at the product originally in John Lewis, and the staff were really bad with the demonstration, they almost put me off. What Baby Planet did was showed me that this product is worth every penny, and that it actually is excellent and worth the investment. Again....they worked their magic and saved me a small fortune on the pushchair. As I was leaving, I was given a Baby Planet voucher book, which gives me £100 off to spend in store against different things. I will definitely be back. The furniture and pushchair arrived at the begining of the week, and the hubby has just finished putting it all up, even the pushchair went up perfectly. We are really happy with our Nursery and our Baby's new wheels. The real reason I have decided to leave this review is because of a review left previously. Their after sales service really did touch me. Once the furniture was up, the doors on the wardrobe did not line up, so I gave them a call yesterday, they did try to explain to my partner how to resolve this over the phone, but 30 minutes later their was no joy, so they said they would get someone to come out and have a look at it for us. This is when the real surprise came, I told them that I lived in Mansfield and it’s about an hour journey, to which I was told that that wouldn't be a problem and they would get an engineer from their store closest to me to come out. So last night at 6:30pm I returned home from work to find that the engineer had been and resolved the problem. I have to say, they have really impressed me and I will most definitely be going back.

• pinch of salt

  have to admit, we were sceptical about ordering with these guys, but their prices are unbeatable and service is actually very good, so after debating and agreeing that we too like the people before us usually only write a bad review after a bad experience, there is obviously plenty of people that have a good experience and don't bother writing a review, so we took the reviews on this company with a pinch of salt and placed our order, felt it was only fair to give credit where credit is due, everything was fine. thanks guys

• Excellent at point of sale but poor after sales service

  I was very impressed with the range of pushchairs on display as well as the sales staff when I visited baby planet. I felt as though I was a valued customer and the staff were very helpful. At the point of sale I would have given the establishment five stars. Unfortunately the day after when picking up the pushchair travel system one of the items was not supplied and when I asked as a courtesy for the cost of the return trip (Great Glen to Leicester) to be reimbursed or for the item to be delivered the same day as it was due to be shipped I felt that the supervisor (different to the day before) was rude, not at all interested in customer service and indifferent to the inconvenience caused. He even went so far as saying he didn't care if I decided against bringing my custom back to the store. Having spent over £1100 I felt as though my business would have been better served where I wasn't made to feel insulted and disgusted by the staffs attitude. It's a shame that one poorly motivated and unprofessional member of staff was allowed to devalue an otherwise explary customer experience.

• every thing for every one!!

  when i had first herd about baby planet from a friend of mine i was abit bit iffy to shop there because i had never herd about it before, but as soon as i walked in the staff were so welcoming and greeteed me they helped me so much with there expert advice and they also helped me save alot of money! they have a wide selection of pushchiars carseats and any other baby requirements! they told me it will take 2-4 weeks for delivery and on the second week i recived my delivery this copanys customer service is excellent and i will b sure to tell my all my friends about Baby Plnet!

  Baby Planet is an excellent place to shop at when i first found out i was expecting i was clueless to what to buy, but the staff at baby planet were very helpful and guided me through my purchase. i advise you to shop at baby planet!!!

• Baby Show order

  My daughter's order arrived within the time stated, We found a problem with a couple of bits about 3 weeks later when it was taken out of the box, contacted Baby Planet and the whole thing was replaced quite quickly with no complaint that we had not checked it on delivery, Again when the leather handle had a mark on it , a replacement was couriered and the faulty one collectted - even when City Link did not arrive they helped to sort it - very happy with the product and the service this company provide.

  I can only reiterate what others have suggested and what my title states, this shop really does have everything 4 everyone. sooooo many buggies......and sooooo much of everything else too. You really want to visit this place.
