About Us

Brief description

I developed a bad back after a bike accident in my late teens. After years of niggling back ache and no joy from the doctors I visited an osteopath, well I have never looked back, the relief given me was temporary but fantastic. This inspired me to study Holistic therapies and then the Bowen Technique. I have started my own practice where I use combinations of these therapies to help to heal and restore health. I have had many wonderful experiences with healing, and been delighted when clients have felt a lot better and symptoms have reduced such as  Migraine  Head ache  Sciatica  Neck pain  I B S  Period pains  Tennis elbow  Back pain  Ear ache  Tense shoulders  Sinusitis  Immobile shoulder  Hay fever  Stress  Bereavement  Asthma  Whiplash  Pelvis misalignment  Knee problems
