• Scammed Me!!

  This is my first time iv been to this shop to sort my wiring out, i had an new JBL amplifier, I told them to fix this. I left my car there for few hours, They phoned me telling me that the my amp is not working because its been kept in a garage for a long time. And i believed them. So i paid 50£ on top for the amp and £40 for sorting out the wiring. That night i told my brother about this and he said it can't be, no electronic machine can be damaged by not using it. So he fixed the JBL amp it worked perfectly fine! I phoned them today and told them that my amp is working perfect. So can you please return the amp back, they said No sorry no refunds. I argued with him politely and he wasn't listening, So i go to him can i exchange then. He told me No you argued with me so NO. BAD SERVICE, SCAMMERS!!

  I been to kings audio centre 1st time and I recived excellent customer service. Kings Audio Centre staff is so helpful that they help you to make the right choice to buy the system and they are resonable in prices then other audio centre. I would 100% reccommend anyone to use KINGS AUDIO CENTRE if they are after good Audio sound for there cars and good Customer Service
