Fantastic Service

On a Tuesday my designer spectacle frames snapped at the point where the bridge is riveted into the lens. The next day, desperate to get them repaired quickly as I had important final exams within weeks I visited the High street opticians from whom I had obtained my specs. They said a. my guarantee had expired b. they no longer did repairs and c. that they could however help me � the help being to recommend a firm in Lancashire (some 200 miles from home) who might do the repair if they could for £19.95 but not for designer or titanium specs which would be nearer £90. So I browsed the web and found Shepshed Optics (3.5 miles from home). Gave then a call, visited their workshop and received the most excellent service. My spectacles were examined and repaired within 20 minutes for just £20 and my lenses cleaned and adjustments made for a good fit. I am very impressed with Shepshed Optics and highly recommend them.
