• Terrible attitude

  We went for the buffet lunch. Only a very limited variety was present. The lady who claimed she was the owner of the restaurant was very rude stating that I could not use a slightly larger bowl for the sauce. She also suggested that I would be wasting it. I do like my sauces with food. However it was totally inappropriate to dictate how I should eat my food. I've been to many buffets before and NEVER have I had such comments. At that point we decided to leave the restaurant without even tasting the food. Frankly I cannot believe that such arrogance exists in the catering industry.

• Good value, good service.

  We had lunch here only. It was quite good value and undoubtedly tasty but overall unexceptional. The service was quick, attentive and friendly. The restaurant is large and this makes it less intimate than some occasions might demand.

• Best Thai Restaurant Ever!

  I've just got back from Thailand and I can confirm that the Thai Grand restaurant really offers a fantastic Thai meal. With thai food I'd never known if "that was how it is meant to be" but still really enjoyed the food. Having eaten in in Thailand I can confirm that the food offered by the Thai Grand is very authentic and of a very good quality.The staff are very pleasant and attentative and there are a good range of Asian lagers on offer. They also cope well with large groups of diners.The restaurant is quite large and offers a comfortable dining experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
