Very Poor Quality

I purchased a pair of number plates from this company and within 1 month they had let in water and were falling apart. when I returned to them they would not replace them and the man there was very arrogant and told me that it was my fault for not fitting them correctly. I used the fixings that I purchased from them so how could this be.
