  • 8 Rileys Loughborough

Rileys in Loughborough is a great place to chill with your friends. There are about 16 pool tables and 8 snooker tables. You can either hire a table for a game, hour or evening\afternoon and just relax and enjoy yourself in the relaxed atmosphere. The drinks are reasonably priced and the food is very good, brilliant to snack on or have a burger while you play. There is also a small shop where you can by equipment or just use the cues supplied with the tables. If you’re a student and show your university card there is usually offers for groups, time periods or off the membership price.

Rileys a snooker/ pool club which requires you to be a member. The staff there are unhelpful they never seem to tell you about any offers that are available instead prefering to charge you the full amount. Prices are very expensive for drinks ( over a pound for a glass of tap water!) The food available is the usual junk food burgers, and chips which were greasy and over priced. I was surprised to see that they allowed members to eat at the pool tables. You dont really need to book but this is probably because the tables and cues are not really in good condition. One plus is that they show live football and some sports events and they do have a big screen.
