The quality of the workmanship is poor and the after sales service is even worse. The eve protection system was not fitted, and not picked up on 2 subsequent visits after complaints of rain running down the INSIDE of the fascia. A local builder, re-pointing the ridge found they were missing. He pointed out a further 8 faults with the installation, of which the company have seen fit to repair only 3.
