Ashton Macey is different because it is run by nurses who also hold their respective registered manager and certificates in recruitment practice qualifications. The highest quality standards are attained, for example all applicants have to undergo stringent tests; written, skill, knowledge and pyschometric. Robust checking procedures include up to 3 references, 5 year history, gap and employer check, police record check, vulnerable adult and children list check. Our success is based on simplicity i.e. we pay good rates which attract the higher calibre staff. Our affordability is also simple i.e. our commission does not cost an arm and a leg. If you wouldn't employ our staff then neither would we! We would not expext to deliver care to any standard less than we would expect to recieve ourselves. Feedback from our clients consistently suggests that we are probably the best in the area not just from cost and quality but perhaps in our friendly, capable and supportive manner.
