I have just done a 1 week beauty course and the training was of a very high standard. I was unsure about doing a course in such a short time period but it has worked out well so far. Having live models for the course was a definite bonus.
I just wanted to leave a post thanking my trainers at National beauty institute! I have completed the one week beauty course and feel full of knowlege and exitment for my future career. I completed training in a different treatment each day and had clients to practice on from the start. My teacher was full of knowledge and patience and really made me feel at ease, even telling me that I could call her and ask for help and support if and when ever I need it. A really great course with really great people
I have just completed the intensive one week haircutting course and had one to one training all week and 100% attention from my trainer. The practical skills I have learned are excellent and that was exactly what I was needing. I was cutting hair from day 1 and throughout the week cut the hair of about 10 different clients. The salon is a training salon so does not have the standard of decor you might expect in a commercial salon but I was provided with all the equipment and models I needed. I will be using these new skills to work as a mobile hairdresser in Spain. Thanks for a great course !
I travelled 21/2 hours to this course after being given the hard sell.. I was told a pack of lies and when I arrived was nothing like I was told. Kit was cheap argos kit. Course was very basic although I paid £445, No face tanning, no hand and feet tanning and didnt have a clue what body contouring was although it was advertised. The certificate was printed from the computer in the back and hand written in black marker.. Cowboys not a qualification in the building. When complained was told the manager from London would contact me. 3 days on and a number of calls from me she finally called, she was rude aggressive and not at all professional even calling me 'BABY GIRL'.. I'm a 30 year old woman!!! Please dont be conned like I have been... Keep your money in your pocket and dont fall for flash lies, find a real professional school to train in...
I did the 4 week hairdressing course here and the standard of training was excellent. the free kits were a decent standard compared with other courses i have been on. I have now started my own business and have just done my first few clients.
