Poor landsascaping at at least one garden at Poppyfields Jelson estate Barrow upon Soar Leics:
The rear garden was turfed but along the wall about 1m wide the whole length of the wall (even after lots of water) it died.... we lifted the dead turf up to find it had been laid on some sharp sand covering rubble and concrete blocks, no wonder it had died. It will cost a lot to dig it out and sort it out.
